Can I purchase an item not shown on your website?
Yes. There are hundreds of new products added to our website daily, but if you don't see what you need or you haven't been able to get your part from the local motorcycle dealer, call one of our helpful sales representatives immediately, or Request an Item now.
When will my item arrive?
Ground UPS shipments from our California warehouse usually arrive in 1-6 business days and quicker methods are usually available. JC Motors also has over 37 drop-ship warehouses across the US to help provide you even faster ground delivery times without additional fees. For more information visit our shipping information page.
How can I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you when your item ships from our California warehouse. If you have a registered account with us the number will also be displayed when it ships.
Haven't received your tracking number? If we were able to expedite your delivery by utilizing one of our other 37 drop-ship warehouses, your item will usually deliver faster than we can forward your tracking information, but it can be retrieved by calling us at (800) 706-9476. Also, please check you junk email and or spam filters as there are times that our attempts to provide you with the tracking information are intercepted.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. Rates and service areas are shown during checkout. We are required to declare the value paid for your item.Your payment method must also be approved. We prefer Paypal. Some items are excluded from international shipping.
Do you have my item in stock? Can I come and pick it up today?
We stock 100's of tires, exhausts and apparel items, more than most motorcycle dealers and we have a showroom for browsing. Please call us so we can verify stock and prepare your order before you arrive.
