WARRANTY

Warranty and Repair:
Rigid Industries warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship.  Warranty periods vary per product type.  In cases where warranty and repair of product is necessary, Rigid Industries prefers whenever possible to handle claims directly. All warranties are non-transferable.
Warranty Periods:

• All LED Light bars – Ltd. Lifetime
• Accessories and Mounts – 2 year
• Flashlights – 1 year
• Batteries – 90 days
• HID Replacement Kits – 2 year

Warranty Coverage:
Return Material Authorization numbers must be clearly marked on outside of packaging and all accompanying documentation. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty and is valid from the original date of purchase.
In cases that product becomes faulty:
With in 60 days – Replacements items may be offered. Rigid Industries will cover shipping replacements to the customer and cover return shipping of defective product.
From 60 days to 1 year - The customer is responsible for shipping charges to Rigid Industries for repair of the product. Rigid Industries will cover all parts, labor and return shipping.
After 1 year – The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to Rigid Industries for repair of the product and labor. Rigid Industries will cover all parts and return shipping.
What is not covered:

All the following will immediately void all warranties. 

• Customer negligence – The customer has modified the light and/or is not using it for the recommend application.  
• Customer abuse – Damage to the light beyond normal wear and tear. 
• Repair work done by unauthorized personnel without Rigid Industries approval.
• If the light bar has been opened or any screws have been removed.

** It is up to Rigid Industries discretion on how to handle a claim, refund, or warranty. All of the policies above are subject to change without prior notice. **
